Cara & Stephanie

Cara Morrison – Owner and Principal Planner

Stephanie Poure – Lead Planner

Cara and Stephanie are seasoned professionals with a combined 30+ years’ experience in the event industry; primarily in the wedding sector. Both ladies started with A Day to Cherish Weddings & Celebrations as day-of assistants under previous ownership. When the previous owner decided it was time to sell the business, Cara welcomed the opportunity with open arms and took on the task of Principal Planner and Owner. Together, Cara and Stephanie worked hard to build A Day to Cherish what it is known for today – a trusted boutique wedding planning and coordination company here to execute their couples’ plans and streamline their day so they can relax and enjoy themselves. The two have planned well over 350 weddings in their tenure from the west coast to the mid-west. Although they primarily stay in state for their weddings, they are experienced in helping couples plan from afar. Cara and Stephanie are advocates of having a trusted vendor team for their couples to ensure the planning process and event day run as smoothly and professional as possible.
